Mále Ibarra-James is a creative design director with more than a decade of experience delivering award-winning design and advertising solutions for major brands in the U.S. and Latin America. She was most recently associate creative director for NYC-based guerilla marketer, Renegade, where she handled promotions, advertising and creative strategy for AVAYA, BearingPoint, DoubleClick, HSBC and Panasonic. She has overall responsibility for Particle’s creative direction and manages the agency's New York and Mexico operations. Mále earned degrees in Graphic Design from Mexico's Universidad Iberoamericana and Parsons NYC.

Mauricio Ibarra is a creative director and motions graphics professional with over a decade of experience designing Spanish-language advertising campaigns. Based in Mexico City, he was previously creative director for Euro RSCG and Publicis, where he supervised integrated assignments for Aeromexico, HP, Sony, Nestlé, L'Oreál and Danone. Mauricio has written original screenplays, edited and scored several documentary films. He earned a degree in industrial design from Mexico's Universidad Iberoamericana and a Master's in film direction from the Universidad de Barcelona.
